About Larry Nicklas

Larry Nicklas is a Senior Product Manager for Caradigm responsible for defining and bringing to market new population health IT solutions to meet the complex needs of providers transitioning to value-based care.
Larry joined Caradigm in 2012 from GE Healthcare, where he developed strategy for population health solutions and spent more than 15 years designing, developing and bringing to market healthcare applications in the areas of clinical trials management, revenue cycle management, and payment processing. His roles in software design and product management involved collaborating with complex, integrated health systems to design and integrate workflows, as well as applying Six Sigma and other next-generation practices to optimize product release planning and execution.
Prior to joining GE Healthcare, Larry served as Principal Software Analyst for Massachusetts General Hospital, where he provided application and business support to the growing health systems and created tools to improve core processes using Six Sigma principles.
