Medical Director EMEA

Given the transformative nature of the Caradigm portfolio, the Medical Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) will be a key healthcare leader driving innovation and solving tough healthcare challenges with healthcare partners across the region. As an important leader in Caradigm, the medical director will play both a strategic and operational role driving growth and customer success. To accomplish this, the role will have a unique opportunity to integrate the needs of customers in the region and work with the Caradigm R & D and business strategy teams to propose and build solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Accelerate strategy for building solutions and engaging customers throughout the EMEA region

• Build and cultivate relationships with leaders of healthcare organizations throughout EMEA region and help define solutions which will fit their needs and motivate purchases

• Active engagement supporting deployment of Caradigm solutions by working with services team to determine key goals and deployment plans

• Build relationships with partners to define new applications, and service strategies for the region to complement the Caradigm offerings

• Understanding key healthcare needs of the EMEA region and translating them into clear market requirements for the product strategy teams

• Helping marketing team develop value proposition statements and differentiators that will resonate with healthcare buyers

• Speak and publish in public forums to increase awareness about Caradigm and its capabilities

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

• MD degree or equivalent

• 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare leadership or industry roles

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Extensive public speaking experience

• Strong analytical and process skills

• Experience working across multiple teams; able to clearly communicate complex healthcare information to be effectively interpreted by engineering; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing

Desired Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Medical Informatics or related experience

• 3+ years experience in product management, product development or related field

• Engineering or technical expertise

• Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

• Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

• Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to work globally

• Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers

• Strong knowledge of clinical processes and an understanding of hospital clinical operations and quality management
